

I'll see if I can reproduce that on my macbook. That is odd about the window fullscreen setting. Any ideas that might help? Hello mthorsen. So I'm finding that it isn't possible to adjust the settings so that I can see the character well enough to play the game. Right after the root prompt, enter the following: /sbin/fsck -fy. Wait until the scrolling white text stops.

I had an awful time trying to guesstimate where the cursor was until I could click a resolution arrow again and change it back.

When I made it full screen, I could no longer see the cursor. So I figured I'd reduce it to the highest resolution under 1920x1200 and make it full screen. When I entered the game, though, I found that my character was too small to parse well, and it would be extremely difficult to see the interactions between her and the generated critters. Oh well, I increased the resolution until the window looked like a reasonable size on my machine, though I was stunned to find I had to exceed the 1920x1200 in order to do it. The resolution appeared to be 1024x768, which should fill more than half of my 1920x1200 screen. When I opened the game, the window covered substantially less than half my screen, so I went into the settings. I'm on a MacBook Pro (last October's hardware) running Mavericks.
